To get different colours you can get white Led's and then placed class jails over them. The Colour  red one and a blue one. So what you got all that done you got your battery operated fairy lights you extended the cord to make it longer.
I will show how to do this double on the description. You can add some weight to the end and what i've done as i just took some colored Led's and just took a keychain and put on the court here.

 
And so far  i could turn on some extra led's. But right now i'm just using that as a weight Just to make it so i can spin it easier. 
So in order to take the actual picture what we're gonna have to do it starts spinning this cord around in our hands and lower spending it try to keep your elbow on your body have it at a 90 degree angle where at stationary on also keep your hand as still as possible wire spinning it.

Another thing you can do is look on the ground try to find a stone or maybe puts a quarter or corner something down on the ground, and just spin it around that point every single time making sure that it passes directly above that object that you placed on the ground.

After that momentum going and you're spinning it where you're going to want to do now is orbit your party around your hands which is the pivot point.

So do this carefully...  It takes some practice adding some extra weight to the bundle of whites will always help a little bit arm. But really it just takes a while to practice the now. You only have to spin it for 180 degrees.  You'll have to go around like this interfacing riverside. 

But a lot of people do 360 anyway and some people just spin around as much as they can told the camera stuffs taking a picture.
